Group Sound Baths with Universal Vibrations (16 HOURS)

This CMA-accredited training explores sound healing through universal vibration and frequency awareness, guiding you to confidently facilitate and hold group sound bath experiences. You will work with alchemy crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and additional sound tools, learning how to structure and lead sessions with clarity, presence, and precision.

A core focus of the training is the 3R Sound Journey framework Relax, Release, Restore designed to elevate and structure the sound bath experience into a clear and intentional progression. This model supports you in guiding participants from initial grounding and relaxation, into emotional and energetic release, and finally into deep restoration and integration. It brings coherence to your sessions while allowing space for intuitive flow.

The training also integrates Western musical principles, frequency relationships, and subtle energy awareness, including Angelic Lightcode work. Beyond the use of instruments, the emphasis is on developing your sensitivity as a facilitator—learning how to shape sound, hold space, and guide group experiences in a way that is structured, immersive, and deeply attuned.

To obtain CMA accreditation, you are required to complete 8 case studies. These are submitted in two stages and must be completed within 9 months of finishing the course.

While optional, this process is where your training becomes embodied practice. Case studies move your work beyond theory into real facilitation, allowing your confidence, skill, and personal style as a practitioner to fully develop in real-world settings.

At Shin Healing, we also offer a curated selection of sound healing instruments suitable for professional practice, and you will receive a student discount after completing the training.

Testimonials

“Having purchased several singing bowls from The Little Tibet, I was eager to learn more about both theory and practice. There’s so much information available online, but I wanted to hear from genuine people with lived experience of working with the bowls.

I was grateful that Julia and Tenzin worked so hard to make the course an inclusive experience. We did a lot of practical activities with a variety of bowls and gongs. After demonstrations and explanations from the teachers, we practised giving sound treatments in pairs and sound baths in bigger groups. It was so good to have a safe space to do this with other learners.

Working with sound is a powerful and exciting new journey of discovery for me. Now that I’ve completed the course, I’m ready and better equipped to continue and see where it goes next!

Thank you, Julia and Tenzin!”
