Harvested at the very beginning of Spring when the young shoots of tea sprout, the silver needle-shaped leaves are densely covered with white fur, giving the tea a fresh and sweet fragrance. Resting over winter, the tea buds are handpicked in the plumpest condition with rich nutrients.
