Can Sound Healing Support Better Sleep?

Sound healing doesn’t make you fall asleep. Instead, it creates an environment where the body and mind can begin to relax. Many practitioners believe that instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes encourage the brain to shift into slower, more relaxed brainwave patterns through a process known as brainwave entrainment. Although research into sound healing continues to evolve, many people report feeling calmer, mentally quieter and physically more relaxed during and after a session. In my own practice, I often observe clients visibly relaxing as the session progresses. Even people who normally struggle with meditation frequently tell me they experience moments of stillness through sound because the harmonious tones give the mind something gentle to focus on. Can Sound Healing Sometimes Affect Sleep Before It Improves? Yes. Although many people sleep better after a session, some clients experience what I describe as a processing or detox phase. This may include: Increased emotional release More vivid dreams Greater awareness of thoughts Temporary overthinking This isn’t something everyone experiences, but when it does happen, I explain that the body and mind may simply be processing stored stress or emotions. For many people, this settles over the following days. My Approach to Sound Healing I don’t follow exactly the same routine for every client. Each treatment is adapted to the person’s needs. For example, if someone presents with excessive overthinking, I may use Tingsha cymbals to help interrupt repetitive mental activity before introducing a Tibetan singing bowl to bring a more grounding and nourishing quality to the session. Rather than treating a diagnosis, I focus on supporting balance within the whole person. A Moment That Stayed With Me One experience I’ll never forget involved a gentleman who had recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer. After his session, he shared that for a brief moment, his mind had become completely empty. To many people, that might sound ordinary. But for someone carrying the emotional weight of a life-changing diagnosis, experiencing even a few moments without fear or constant thinking was incredibly meaningful. This is one of the reasons I value sound healing so deeply. Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t solving a problem. Sometimes it’s simply allowing the mind to rest. Can You Practise Sound Healing at Home? Absolutely. Many of my clients use a singing bowl at home as part of their evening routine. Even five to ten minutes can be beneficial. A simple practice might include: Playing your singing bowl gently. Slowing your breathing. Sitting quietly without distractions. Repeating an affirmation or intention. It doesn’t need to be complicated. The consistency is often more important than the length of the practice. How Many Sessions Do You Need? One of the biggest misconceptions about sound healing is that one session should fix everything. In my experience, meaningful change usually develops gradually. For clients working towards a specific goal, I generally recommend: One session per week for four to five weeks. Monthly maintenance sessions afterwards. This allows your nervous system time to integrate each experience. Frequently Asked Questions Does sound healing work for insomnia? Sound healing may help people experiencing stress-related sleep difficulties by encouraging relaxation. However, persistent insomnia should always be assessed by a healthcare professional, particularly if it continues for several weeks or significantly affects daily life. The NHS provides guidance on insomnia, including common symptoms and treatment approaches for those experiencing ongoing sleep difficulties. Can I use a singing bowl before bed? Yes. Many of my clients spend five to ten minutes playing a singing bowl while practising slow breathing or quiet reflection before sleep. Is one session enough? Some people notice improvements after one session, while others require several sessions. Every person responds differently. Final Thoughts If you’re looking for a natural way to support better sleep, sound healing may be worth exploring. Rather than forcing the body to sleep, it encourages relaxation, quietens an overactive mind and creates space for your nervous system to reset. What Should I Expect in a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is where you lie down in front of a set of sound healing instruments and the sound healing practitioner will perform a journey of sound and vibrations. While you’re fully relaxed listening to the sound, it is not about “doing it right” or achieving a perfectly quiet mind. It is an experience of being immersed in vibration, where the body and nervous system respond in their own natural way. In my work as a sound healer and teacher, I often tell clients: you don’t come to a sound bath to perform meditation. You come to receive sound. Every person’s experience is different, but there are common patterns I consistently observe across hospital settings, hotels, private sessions, and group sound baths. If you’d like personalised support, explore my London sound healing sessions, which combine singing bowls, gongs and Reiki in a private setting. What People Commonly Experience During a Sound Bath Physical Sensations in the Body One of the first things people notice is that the body starts to respond before the mind fully understands what is happening. Common physical experiences include: Tingling in the hands, feet, or face Warmth spreading through the body, often experienced as energising A cooling or cold sensation, often linked to deep release of stagnant energy Heaviness in the limbs, as the body begins to drop into rest A sense of floating or being “held” by the sound These sensations are not random. In my view, vibration interacts with the body’s internal rhythm and helps the nervous system shift out of survival mode into a more restorative state. Brainwave Changes and the Theta State It is very common for people to drift into a theta-brainwave state during a sound bath. This is where: The body may be deeply relaxed Breathing slows down The mind becomes less linear People may snore while still remaining vaguely aware of the sound I often explain to clients that you do not need to “empty the mind” to benefit. In fact, the mind can still be active, and the sound will still guide the nervous system into relaxation. Snoring is something many people worry about beforehand, especially the idea of disturbing others. In reality, it is often a sign of deep release, not disruption. I take it as a sign of success, that the sound and vibrations are achieving the result of deep state. Emotional Responses Emotionally, sound baths can be subtle or unexpectedly powerful. What I frequently witness includes: A deep sense of peace and calm Emotional softening or quiet release Feeling less stressed or internally “unclenched” A noticeable sense of relief after the session Many clients describe it as feeling “lighter” afterwards, both physically and emotionally. Visuals, Colours, and Inner Experiences Some participants report seeing colours, light patterns, or internal imagery. I never guide people toward expecting visions, but they can arise naturally when the nervous system shifts into a more receptive state. From my perspective, this is part of how awareness expands when the analytical mind becomes less dominant. What Sound Is Doing in the Body and Mind My approach to sound healing is rooted in vibration and entrainment. I believe sound works in several ways at once: It harmonises areas of internal imbalance through vibration It helps entrain brainwaves into slower, more restorative states It creates a sensory environment that allows the nervous system to unwind It supports awareness to expand beyond habitual thinking patterns In simple terms, sound does not force change. It creates conditions for the body to reorganise itself. This is why I often describe my approach as “less is more.” The vibration does the work when the system is ready to receive it. My Approach to Sound Baths I specialise in singing bowls and work intuitively with a carefully chosen soundscape. Each instrument has a different role in the journey: Singing bowls: grounding, balancing, and stabilising the energy field Gong: rich in overtones and harmonics, creating depth and expansion Conch shell: raw and powerful vibration that cuts through stagnation Drum: rhythmic, shamanic energy that can shift awareness into trance states Chimes and small instruments: gentle integration into the nature and soft grounding I do not believe sound baths should be overwhelming. My style is intentionally calming and spacious, allowing the body to absorb sound rather than chase it. How a Typical Sound Bath Unfolds Opening the Space A session may begin with intention setting, a short meditation, or guided relaxation, depending on the group and setting. The goal is always the same: to help people arrive fully into their body and the present moment. The Sound Journey The structure is intuitive but generally follows a natural arc: Singing bowls often begin the session, creating grounding and coherence The soundscape gradually expands into deeper layers, often including gong work Moments of silence are intentionally included and are just as important as sound Flow chimes, bowls, or softer instruments support transitions Rainsticks, shakers, and lighter textures often appear toward the end to gently guide integration A typical sound journey lasts around 45 minutes within a 1-hour session. What I Observe as a Practitioner As a facilitator, I am not just “playing instruments.” I am continuously observing: Breath patterns in the room Subtle movements or shifts in posture Energetic changes in collective state Moments where the room needs more space or more support No two sessions are ever the same, even when the structure looks similar on paper. Closing the Session I always bring people back gently and slowly. The closing includes: Gradual return to awareness of the body Time for stillness before movement An invitation to express gratitude internally I never rush this part. Integration is just as important as the sound journey itself. Who Comes to Sound Baths In my experience, sound baths attract people who are not necessarily defined by demographics, but by states of being. Many are experiencing: Burnout from work or caregiving High levels of stress or emotional pressure Mental fatigue and nervous system overload A need
JULIA’S AWAKENING JOURNEY

My awakening journey began in the autumn of 2021, when I lost all my life savings to a scam. During this period of profound and sudden loss, I looked at the homeless on the streets; I couldn’t understand how, ironically, they were more abundant than me. This sense of emptiness and rock bottom sparked an “ego-shattering” crisis that many of us fear but few experience. Yet, in this darkness, I knew that giving up was not an option. I clung to my belief in the inherent worth and value of my soul. For 9 months, I embarked on a journey to mentally recover from this traumatic ordeal. During this time, I dove into online discussions, absorbed wisdom teachings, and explored the profound insights of Taoism and Chinese medicine. Slowly but surely, I started to find solace and inspiration. 2022 was when I crossed paths with Roy. He introduced me to the transformative concepts of spiritual oneness and Chinese teaism, opening doors to a new reality he hadn’t known existed. Subsequently, a Reiki teacher recognised my natural gift for healing – a gift I hadn’t fully realised myself. Over the next 9 months of training, I achieved my Reiki Master qualification and pursued certifications in sound healing in Nepal, Bali, and the U.K. between 2019 and 2024. Encouraged by all the heartwarming and positive feedback from my healing sessions, successful sound baths and therapy sessions, I felt my calling – the opportunity to make a real difference in the world. This led to the birth of S H I N, a platform with a mission to elevate spiritual wellness globally. For me, S H I N isn’t just a business – it’s a constant reminder to approach my work with humility and selfless service. In a world that often prioritises personal gain, isn’t there something profoundly appealing about dedicating oneself to the well-being of others? My journey from financial ruin to spiritual awakening and purpose-driven entrepreneurship is inspiring—it’s also a roadmap for those of us seeking to raise our vibrational frequency and live more consciously. Let my story remind you that our deepest wounds can become our greatest strengths and that it’s never too late to embark on a path of transformation and self-discovery.

His primary focus is to unveil the art of creation, give guidance on managing suffering with grace, and perform healing with heartfelt compassion. Roy has spent over one decade studying ancient philosophical scriptures, before crafting his own system of visionary oracle reading. Inspired by the mastery teaching from Hermes, Lao Tzu, Buddha and more, he skilfully combines knowledge and intuition to provide practical and insightful guidance, empowering others to confront their challenges with strength and grace. “Tarot is an ancient and sacred method of acquiring information for spiritual insight, which is similar to I-Ching. Their inner exploration has revealed the universal law of creation, enabling us to perceive a singular supreme consciousness that operates within all. This realisation affirms that we are cherished and guided by the divine presence. With this profound wisdom, we can navigate uncertainties and embrace our inner voice. As a reader and healer, I am devoted to guiding those in need, empowering them through self-transformation with persistence and compassion.”
My Story as a Pet Communicator & Healer

I’m Tina from Taiwan. In 2021, my beloved cat Berlioz fell ill, and at the same time, my relationship with my family began to unravel due to misunderstandings. I felt isolated and lost, as though the world had abandoned me. But I knew Berlioz needed me, and I had to find the strength to care for him. Even though I was struggling to take care of myself, I was determined to understand what Berlioz needed and how I could bring him the most happiness during the time he had left. In my search for ways to improve our situation, the Universe led me to a ThetaHealing practitioner, Maya. That session opened my eyes to the reality of pet healing. Berlioz even shared little secrets that only he and I knew, and in the end, he wished for my happiness. To deepen our connection, I began learning ThetaHealing from Maya, who also generously shared with me all she knew to conduct pet healing. What started as a way to communicate with Berlioz became a journey of self-healing. As I opened my heart to this process, my relationship with my family also began to heal. Eventually, with my family’s blessing, Berlioz and I moved to the UK together. During the last few months of his life, Berlioz and I had many deep conversations. He shared his perspectives on how I could better care for him, teaching me the importance of respecting his wishes. Berlioz was like a life mentor, guiding me on how to love, be loved, and find balance in both. After Berlioz passed away, I began offering pet communication services to friends who had lost their pets, helping them connect with their beloved companions. This work became my way of continuing Berlioz’s love and the gift of healing he brought into my life. I am honoured to have joined the Shin Healing Team and hope to help more people, especially those grieving the loss of a pet or caring for a sick one. Please note, however, that I do not work with finding lost pets.
Healing Through Time: An Andromedan Love Story from Sirius A to Earth

Healing Through Time: An Andromedan Love Story from Sirius A to Earth There’s a galaxy in the vast universe called Sirius A. I was there in one of my past lives. I wasn’t a Sirian, but I traveled to Sirius A to learn. (I believe I’m an Andromedan.) There’s a famous school in Sirius A where extraterrestrials from various galaxies go to study. It’s as renowned as Harvard in our world, known across the universe. I was trying to get into this school. To be admitted, we had to complete internships and learn from different teachers. One of my teachers during the internship was my current-life healer—who, in addition to being skilled, had a great sense of humor. I loved his laugh, and we got along very well. Eventually, he chose me to work with him. We operated a spaceship together and completed missions. During this time, we fell in love. We even made love in space. One day, our spaceship was attacked. I was gravely injured and slowly losing consciousness. He felt powerless, and in a moment of deep love, he promised, “I’ll find you in the next life.” I believed him, even though I was in too much pain to respond. He kissed my lips, though I could no longer feel them. Fast forward in time. In May 2024, we met again at the Mind Body Spirit exhibition in London Olympia. We had crossed paths two years earlier when I had a healing session with him. At that time, I didn’t notice a significant change, so I didn’t return. But now, I was suffering from a UTI, and two weeks of fever had left me physically weak. I knew I needed intense healing before I could continue my work as a Reiki healer. So, I went for a second healing session, during which I received a lot of healing for my throat chakra. I had been coughing, and my throat felt blocked. After the session, my cough eased, and the stuckness in my throat improved. I inquired about additional healing sessions. Although they were expensive, I knew I needed them. He reassured me, saying he would “look after me,” as he does with his clients, which eased my financial worries. Later, he added, “My soul feels happy after helping you.” A week later, I attended his full-day healing workshop. The morning involved powerful mantra healing combined with body movements. At one point, I developed a strong headache, which then moved to my chest during the next chanting cycle. It felt like numbness, heat, tingling, and resistance all at once. My body was trembling, but after some time, the sensation disappeared. It was strange. At lunchtime, I was so tired I badly wanted a nap. I hesitated to ask, though time was running out. To distract myself, I played with the frankincense burner. My healer noticed and asked, “Do you like fire?” I admitted I did, and he invited me to come forward. He began giving me a healing while I held the burner, incorporating the fire element. That 5-minute session was life-changing. As I stood in front of him with my eyes closed, holding the burner, he placed his fingers on my solar plexus chakra. “Something is stealing your energy… like a curse,” he said. I stayed silent, listening. “I see a spaceship,” he added. Almost instantly, I felt my energy surge back into my body at lightning speed. My vitality returned, and my fatigue vanished. “I’ve found the source,” he explained. “I disconnected the link to the spaceship, decoded it, and transformed it into the frequency of love.” He told me it was connected to a failed experiment from my past life. I felt anger, realising that these aliens had been stealing my energy for years. “I hate them,” I said. He responded, “You don’t have to hate them.” Fast forward two months. We were discussing where we came from, and I reminded him that I’m from Andromeda and had been to Sirius A as well—information I had learned from his assistant when we first met. “Sirius A is where we met,” he said. “Only the two of us were in the spaceship, no one else.” That’s when I learned the exact reason my energy had been leaking into the spaceship. It wasn’t that the extraterrestrials were stealing my energy—it was because our spaceship was attacked, and I died in that lifetime. (According to him, “die” isn’t the right word, but I think it works here.) As he suddenly remembered and shared the full story of what I shared from the beginning, I was deeply moved. My eyes welled up, and I tried to hide my feelings, saying, “It’s like a sci-fi movie.”
Not Everyone is Ready for Healing: A Perspective on Reiki and Sound Healing

As healers, we witness the deep disconnection some people have from their souls. They wear the masks of their personas so comfortably, even as they suffer within. It’s disheartening to see individuals in pain, yet rejecting healing because of limiting beliefs or religious perspectives. The truth is, not everyone is ready—or willing—to receive healing. Whether through Reiki, sound healing, or other energy modalities, healing is not something that can be forced. Healers have a finite amount of energy and time, and it’s important to recognize that not everyone deserves healing if they’re not spiritually prepared. Why? Because if someone receives healing while still trapped in old mental patterns, limiting beliefs, or unhealthy social circles, they may revert to their original energetic state. True healing occurs when a person is open and ready to surrender—ready to embrace the laws of energy and step into the journey of transformation. There’s also a vital truth to remember: Ego creates resistance. This is why results in Reiki and sound healing vary from person to person. Some are more open-minded and willing to receive than others. When ego creates resistance, the flow of healing energy is blocked. No matter how skilled the healer, healing simply won’t take root if the person is not ready to receive it. In the world of Reiki and sound healing, readiness and openness are key. Only those who are truly prepared can experience the deep transformation these powerful modalities can offer. #soundhealing, #reiki, #healers
Reconnecting with Love: A Healing Sound Bath Experience

In January last year, my beloved cat, Berlioz, passed away. Even though I know how to communicate with pets after death, I rarely spoke to him because every conversation would leave me overwhelmed with deep sadness. Every time, I ended up crying so much that our connection would fade. After Berlioz’s passing, I started helping friends by pet-sitting. Taking care of dogs was fine—they were clever and playful, making me feel like I was chatting with little children. Their responses were always cute and heartwarming. However, things changed when I took care of a cat named Fluffy last Christmas. She was so affectionate, and I felt happy spending time with her. But by the second week, I developed a severe allergic reaction. My skin and eyes became swollen and itchy, and even breathing became difficult. I had to rely on asthma inhalers and nasal sprays just to manage. A healer friend conducted an intuitive scan and told me that this allergy flare-up was a physical manifestation of the deep sadness I had buried after Berlioz’s passing. My body was using this reaction to protect me, urging me to avoid cats and prevent further emotional distress. While I understood this explanation, I didn’t know how to release the pain and the sorrowful energy in my body. A New Path to Healing: Sound Bath and Reiki One day, I stumbled upon Julia’s profile online and booked a Reiki and sound healing session. That experience reignited my hope in life. (I’ll share more about that session in another post because it was truly transformative!) After our session, Julia told me about her sound bath events and invited me to join. Although I initially booked a spot, I had to cancel due to the flu and waited until I recovered. The Universe works in mysterious ways—I ended up attending a session focused on healing the heart chakra. The event was held in a serene building along the Thames River. As the sound of water lapped against the shore and the singing bowls resonated, I felt my body and mind gradually relax. Jason guided us through a meditation while Julia gently struck the bowls. I could feel my chaotic thoughts settling down, even though I sensed a blockage in my heart chakra. When Jason asked us to think of a moment when we felt pure joy, my mind conjured up an image of me and Berlioz. We weren’t doing anything special, but I felt immense happiness and warmth. Suddenly, I was struck by the realisation that Berlioz was no longer here. A surge of sorrow welled up, as if a broken faucet of grief had been turned on. I silently asked the Universe to help me heal, but I knew this sadness needed to be released through natural expression. What surprised me was that, unlike before, I didn’t cry for long. The sensation of blockage in my heart gradually dissipated as I wept. After crying, a sense of calm washed over me, and I was able to return to the meditation. A Miraculous Transformation Next, Jason asked us to think of someone we disliked. Immediately, I thought of someone I had resented since childhood for being selfish and opportunistic. Then Jason guided us to share the feelings of joy we had just experienced with this person. My ego resisted, but I reminded myself that I was fortunate to have experienced unconditional love from Berlioz. Some people may have never known such love. So, I imagined sharing that joy with this person. Something incredible happened. My heart lightened, and I felt a wave of relief and happiness. I realised I no longer harboured any resentment. Instead, I felt empathy. I understood that her behaviour stemmed from a place of lack—both in love and material security—which led her to act in ways I couldn’t previously comprehend. Months later, I met her again and interacted with her peacefully. I learned that forgiving others also means freeing yourself. This newfound lightness felt truly wonderful. A Journey Through the Sound Bath After Jason’s meditation, Julia led us into a sound bath session. She played the instruments softly as the sound of the river outside created a tranquil atmosphere. I drifted into a deep state of relaxation, feeling as though I had fallen asleep, but my consciousness remained active. I found myself walking through a vivid forest, exploring unfamiliar yet comforting surroundings. Guided by Julia’s voice, I encountered my higher self. She looked like a serene, ethereal being dressed in a light green robe that blended harmoniously with the forest. I told her I wanted to regain my vitality. She gently reminded me that fear is just an illusion created by our survival instincts, and it was time to break free from my cocoon. Julia guided us back to full awareness, and when I opened my eyes, I felt an overwhelming sense of tranquility and clarity. I realised that I had been holding myself back because of deeply rooted fears. Reflections and New Beginnings I am deeply grateful to Julia and Jason for hosting this healing event. That guided meditation made me realise that instead of constantly seeking external healing methods, it’s more effective to face my inner self honestly. The sound bath wasn’t just a healing session—it was a turning point that allowed me to reconnect with my inner self. It helped me pick up the scattered pieces buried deep within, bringing me back to a balanced state of mind, body, and spirit. After months of healing, I regained the ability to connect with pets, and I started to conduct pet healing again. This experience taught me that true healing is not just about alleviating symptoms, but about guiding us back to our essence, helping us rediscover who we are, and giving us the courage to face our pain and fears. It was the first step toward a more complete and peaceful life
Esoteric 101 (1/4) – Cosmic Drama & Universal Law

The Cosmic Drama: Unveiling the Universal Law and Human Destiny 「This narrative approach encourages an effortless and heartfelt connection to the universal law, offering a sense of wonder and empowerment. Through metaphor, it invites readers to see themselves as active participants in the Cosmic Drama, awakening their innate wisdom and aligning them with the natural flow of life.」 Imagine life as a vast, unfolding cosmic drama—an intricate play where everything, from the stars in the. sky to the tiniest particle, has its role. This drama is not random or chaotic, but guided by a universal law, a deep, unchanging principle that underlies everything. Whether we realise it or not, we are actors on this grand stage, playing our parts in the unfolding story of the universe. What if you could understand your role in this drama more clearly? What if life’s challenges, synchronicities, and seemingly random events were all part of a carefully choreographed dance, meant to reveal something deeper? By tuning into the universal law that governs this drama, you can begin to experience life not as a series of disconnected moments but as a meaningful, connected whole. This universal law isn’t something abstract or distant—it’s alive in every breath you take, every relationship you experience, every joy and sorrow. It’s the force that moves the planets, grows the trees, and beats your heart. And most importantly, it’s the key to understanding your place in the universe. The Ancient Search for Cosmic Understanding For thousands of years, humanity has tried to decode the mysteries of the cosmos. From the wise sages of ancient Egypt to the mystics of India, people have always sensed that beneath the surface of life lies a deeper order. This cosmic order is often described as sacred unity, where everything is. interconnected, and all actions—no matter how small—are woven into the greater tapestry of existence. Across cultures, there have been many names for this underlying principle. In Taoism, it’s called the Tao—the natural flow of the universe. In the Hermetic tradition, it’s known as the All, the source from which everything arises. The Vedic traditions speak of Dharma, the path of righteousness and order. Though the words may differ, the message is the same: there is a universal law that guides all things, and when we align with it, we move with grace and harmony. But how do we align ourselves with this universal law? How do we step into our roles in the cosmic drama more consciously?
Esoteric 101 (2/4) – Aligning with the Universal Law

Seeing Through the Illusion of Separation The first step to uncovering the universal law is to realise that much of what we perceive as separate is, in fact, part of the same whole. Our minds often create divisions—between ourselves and others, between nature and humanity, between the sacred and the mundane. But these divisions are illusions. In reality, everything is interconnected. In this cosmic drama, you are not just an isolated individual. You are a part of the greater whole. Your thoughts, actions, and experiences ripple through the universe, just as the movement of the stars influences the tides of the ocean. By seeing through the illusion of separation, you begin to understand that your life is not random or insignificant—it’s part of the grand design. Meditation and self-reflection are powerful tools for revealing this deeper truth. In moments of stillness, when the mind quiets, you may begin to sense a profound unity with everything around you. You start to recognise the flow of life moving through you, and how your inner world is mirrored in the outer world. This is the first glimpse into the universal law—a law that doesn’t just govern the cosmos, but your own heart and mind as well. Living in Harmony with Universal Law Once you start to see this unity, the next step is to live in harmony with it. Aligning with the universal law means bringing your actions, thoughts, and words into resonance with the greater order. This doesn’t require monumental changes—it’s about subtle shifts in perspective and intention. Every moment offers an opportunity to align more deeply with the cosmic flow. When you act with love instead of fear, when you approach situations with openness instead of resistance, you’re tuning into the frequency of the universe. This doesn’t mean that life will always be easy, but it does mean that you’ll begin to see challenges not as obstacles, but as part of the dance. The synchronicities you notice—the unexpected meetings, the perfect timing, the symbols in your dreams—are not mere coincidences. They are guideposts, gentle nudges from the universe, showing you that you’re moving in harmony with the greater plan. By paying attention to these signs, you deepen your alignment with the universal law.
