Esoteric 101 (3/4) – Embracing and Surrendering to Life

Embracing Diversity in the Cosmic Dance One of the most beautiful aspects of the cosmic drama is its diversity. Just as every actor in a play has a unique role, every person, creature, and element in the universe brings something different to the table. Unity does not mean sameness—it means celebrating the diversity of expressions that all contribute to the greater whole. In the same way, your path may look different from others. Your experiences, your challenges, your triumphs—all of these are unique threads in the cosmic tapestry. By embracing your individuality while recognising your connection to the whole, you step into your role with confidence, knowing that you’re contributing to the larger story. Creativity is one of the ways you can express your unique role in this drama. Whether through art, music, writing, or any form of expression, creativity allows you to tap into the universal energy and give it shape. Every act of creation is a reflection of the cosmic process of birth, growth, and transformation. Surrendering to the Flow of Life A key part of aligning with the universal law is learning to surrender. This doesn’t mean giving up or becoming passive—it means letting go of the need to control every outcome. When you surrender to the flow of life, you trust that there is a greater intelligence guiding you, even when things don’t go as planned. Surrendering allows you to see that challenges and suffering are not punishments, but opportunities for growth. The cosmic drama includes moments of joy and pain, light and dark, because both are necessary for evolution. By accepting this, you can move through life with greater peace and resilience, knowing that even the difficult moments are part of the dance.

Esoteric 101 (4/4) – Infinite Growth, Discovery, and Transformation

Becoming a Conduit of Universal Wisdom As you align more deeply with the universal law, you naturally become a conduit for its wisdom. Your presence, your actions, and your way of being start to inspire others. This isn’t about preaching or trying to change others—it’s about embodying the qualities of love, compassion, and understanding. When you live in harmony with the universe, you act as a mirror for others to see their own potential and connection to the whole. By simply being who you are, aligned with the cosmic flow, you help others remember their role in the grand drama. The Ongoing Dance of Creation Ultimately, the cosmic drama is an ongoing, ever-evolving story. There is no final destination, no point of arrival. Life is a constant process of growth, discovery, and transformation. By aligning with the universal law, you become an active participant in this process, helping to shape the future while being guided by the timeless wisdom of the universe. In this unfolding story, your life is a sacred thread, interwoven with the lives of others, the stars, the earth, and the divine intelligence that moves through it all. The more you align with this truth, the more you experience life as a dance—a dance of unity, diversity, love, and creation. This is the essence of the cosmic drama. And your role, no matter how small it may seem, is vital to the unfolding of the grand design. By living in harmony with the universal law, you contribute to the ongoing revelation of the sacred unity that connects us all. In the cosmic dance, we are all both actors and audience, creators and creations. The stage is infinite, the script unwritten, and the only law is the law of unity that underlies all existence. Welcome to the drama. Play your part with love, and the universe will dance with you.

God is Working on Me Through You”: A sound healing session with stage 4 breast cancer patient

So far this year—up to today, October 25th, 2024—I’ve offered 26 private sound healing sessions for cancer patients and led one group session at Whittington Hospital in North London. While my income isn’t stable from healing work, I’m doing this entirely for free, even traveling across London on my own expense. And honestly? I don’t mind one bit. I love it. I might even be a little addicted! These patients always just make my day! Today, the patient I worked with really touched me. She had a high-stress job in a law firm and is now facing her fourth bout with cancer, this time stage 4 breast cancer. She told me her medical history, which is her story, and we talked for an hour before we even began the sound healing. The session began with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, and a gong. Shewas deeply engaged in the session, her face softened in a smile, and she quickly entered a peaceful, deep state. After the session, she shared her experience with me: she felt a warm heat move down to her left knee, where she has an unresolved health issue, and a tingling sensation near her sternum, right where her breast cancer is located. But it was her words that struck a chord in me, and they’re why I’m sharing this with you today: “God is working on me, through you……. I really needed this…… I really needed it.” She left with a warm hug, and her appreciation was clear.
